Statistics show that the DOUBLE MUTANT Coronavirus (CORONAVIRUS) is spreading rapidly in the country. According to the latest figures, the POSITIVITY RATE in 90 percent of the country has reached alarming levels.
Several organizations are conducting surveys across the country in a variety of ways to predict the second stage coronavirus outbreak. Looking at the results of these surveys the second phase corona outbreak in the country turned out to be alarming. The Union Ministry of Health (UNION HEALTH MINISTRY) has reported that the corona positivity rate is high in almost 90 percent of our country. Out of a total of 734 districts in the country, 640 districts have a positive rate of more than 5 percent as prescribed by the Central Government. The nationwide corona positivity rate averaged 21 percent, the Union Ministry of Health said on May 12.
Goa ranks first among the states with the highest corona positivity rate. It is followed by PUDUCHCHERI, BENGAL, HARYANA, and KARNATAKA. In Goa, the positive case rate for new cases was 48 percent. In Haryana, it was 37 percent. On the other hand, NAGALAND and Himachal Pradesh are already showing signs of rising positivity. delhi, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgad have seen a slight decline in day-to-day cases. On the other hand, the severity of coronavirus is gradually increasing in Bangalore Urban, Chennai, Ernakulam, and Malappuram districts. It is learned that the central government has directed the states to impose a total lockdown (TOTAL LOCKDOWN) in those areas if the positivity exceeds 10 percent. However, the majority of states now have absolute lockdowns. Some are experimenting with partial lockdowns.
