Meanwhile, the condition of Gangaram Hospital in delhi has improved somewhat. The hospital received 5 metric tons of oxygen around 4 a.m. this morning. Doctors said it can be used for patients from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The hospital management sent four SOS messages around 4 pm yesterday. By then the hospital had only 500 cubic meters of oxygen per hour. Hospital sources said about 100 patients were at risk under these conditions.
