First, put the onion in a pan and fry till it smells like it. Then rinse the lentils, add mango pieces, two cups of water, and cook till 5 whistles. After the lentils are cooked, they should be softened. Pour the oil into a wide bowl and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, Urad bean, and black pepper, and fry. When they are cracked, add the greens and fry. Then add 3 cups of water, turmeric, jaggery, salt, and ground lentils and cook.
