Tasty mango juice: The time of summer has come and the demand for mango starts. When it is raw, we make the mango into lentils and vegetables. However, you can also make a very tasty juice with mango. Let’s learn about mango juice preparation today ..!

Ingredients needed:

Sour Mango-1

Soybeans – 1 cup

Green chilies – 4,

Curry leaves – 2 shoots,

Salt – As per taste

Oil – Limited,

Water- 3 Glasses,

Juice Powder – (pepper, black pepper, cumin, coriander powder)

Mustard

Urad bean

Cumin

turmeric

Limited Jaggery

Coriander

Preparation:

First, put the onion in a pan and fry till it smells like it. Then rinse the lentils, add mango pieces, two cups of water, and cook till 5 whistles. After the lentils are cooked, they should be softened. Pour the oil into a wide bowl and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, Urad bean, and black pepper, and fry. When they are cracked, add the greens and fry. Then add 3 cups of water, turmeric, jaggery, salt, and ground lentils and cook. Then add the juice powder and let it cook for another two to three minutes.  Sprinkle with coriander at the end. Delicious Healthy Mango Juice Ready.
