Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that a state-of-the-art super-specialty hospital with all facilities would be constructed on the site of the Warangal Central Jail. It was revealed that the jail will be shifted to the suburbs and converted into an open-air prison. He said the MGM hospital would be turned into a Mata Child Care Center (MCH).

He said the Warangal Jail would be constructed on the lines of the Charlapalli Open Air Jail as an inmate conversion center.
