RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav converts official residence into Covid Care Center:
In Bihar, RJD leader and Leader of the Opposition Tejaswi Yadav has shifted his official residence to Covid Care Center. He urged the CM Nitish Kumar government to help make it further upgraded. He said the building, located at the Polo Round in Patna, had all the oxygen cylinders, beds, medicines, and other necessities that patients needed, but more needed to be provided. In letters to the Chief Minister and the Minister of Health, he requested their cooperation.
He said he would discuss with experts and provide what is still needed here and would bear the cost himself. Tejaswi Yadav said that at this Covid moment, patients were wandering here and there for beds, oxygen, and medicines, so he changed his official residence to Covid Center for their convenience. The building was allotted to him by the government two years ago. He said his new center would need more oxygen cylinders. He said he hoped the government would intervene and help him in this regard as well. MLAs and activists from his party praised him for helping the patients so much.
However, former CM and Hindustani Awam Morcha leader Jitan Ram Manji advised Tejaswi Yadav to use the bungalow for doctors instead of turning it into a Covid center. He suggested that two of your family members take medical degrees and make them partners in the service of Covid patients as well.
