Private educational institutions Teachers and Staff gets monthly stipend: Teachers and staff working in private educational institutions receive a monthly stipend of Rs.2000/-. It is known that the CM KCR announced yesterday that he will provide 2 fingers and 25 kg of rice. However, Education Minister Sabitha Reddy, Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar, Government Adviser, former Chief Minister Rajiv Sharma, collectors of various districts, district education officials, and civil supplies officials today held a review on the issue.
The meeting discussed how to identify the eligible members. It was decided on this occasion to identify the eligibility by ration shops. It has been decided to provide assistance to private school teachers and staff from this April. The implementation of this program will cost Rs. Officials estimate that Rs 42 crore will be required. The meeting was attended by collectors of various districts via video conference.
The ministers on the occasion made several suggestions to the authorities on the assistance of private teachers. Orders were issued to draw up armed plans to assist all those entitled. However, the government has already made it clear that teachers and staff working in recognized private educational institutions are eligible for financial assistance from the government. Based on the information basically received teachers working in the respective schools are required to attach their ID card or bank account details along with any certificate provided by the school and apply at the Collector’s office.
The money will be credited to the account of those who are indefinitely eligible to check those documents. They will provide rice from the ration shops themselves. However, ration shop-wise will determine the eligibility as decided in the ministerial meeting today. It seems that the authorities feel that it is easier to identify eligible beneficiaries. The government’s decision will benefit about 1.45 lakh private school staff in the state. However, this number is likely to increase further.
