Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the country has been able to cope with the Corona first wave, but the oxygen surge has become a major challenge during the second wave. Speaking on All India Radio on Sunday as part of the Mann Ki Baat program, the Prime Minister lauded the continuous efforts of loco pilots, air force pilots, and crew in moving the oxygen needed to sustain the lives of the people in the current situation.
He said the Air Force was playing a key role in moving oxygen containers from abroad. He later said that the railway staff was working hard to take them to the required cities across the country.
