Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s fresh advice to Assam CM Himanta Biswa to find out the negative aspects of the government. He advised Biswa to implement a ‘Zero Hour’ approach at cabinet meetings. Himanta Biswa, who took over as chief minister after the BJP’s victory in the recent Assam elections, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the first time in the national capital on Wednesday. On this occasion, Bishwa said that the Prime Minister had suggested the implementation of a Zero Hour type policy in the Cabinet meetings. It was suggested that this Zero Hour should be limited to discussion on negative aspects of government. He said the Prime Minister had advised that the negative aspects of the government and suggestions for its solution could be taken up from the cabinet colleagues.
Assam CM Biswa said the Prime Minister would follow the advice. He suggested that the MLAs should collect the negative aspects of the government from the people of their constituency and convey them to the senior ministers. He said he would discuss the matter with senior ministers at a cabinet meeting and find an immediate solution. Prime Minister Modi said he had implemented a similar policy during his tenure as Gujarat CM and would implement this policy in Assam. He said that the government must accept the criticisms and correct them.
Mamata Banerjee style is not right
