Meat is not the only food to grow muscles.

Researchers say that you do not need to eat only meat to grow muscles and maintain a good physique. Vegetarian proteins are also said to be good for building symmetrical muscle. Protein is needed for muscle building, growth, and maintenance. However, unless a strong muscle needs protein whether it is available from meat or found in a vegetarian diet is not so important, says the University.
