Local media reported that Antigua police were busy whistle-blowing for Mehul Choksi. It has been revealed that he went missing after leaving home for dinner at a popular restaurant there last evening and his vehicle was spotted in Jolly Harbour. However, the Antigua Newsroom reported that he had not been traced.
Mehul Choksi, 61, along with his uncle Neerav Modi, evaded a debt of about Rs 14,000 crore and checked abroad. Authorities registered a case against them and revoked Choksi’s passport.
