Digital survey of lands in Telangana with 400 Crores: The Chief Secretary held a meeting with various companies.
CS Somesh Kumar has said that the government has sanctioned Rs 400 crore in this year’s budget to conduct a digital survey of lands in the state.
The Chief Secretary held a preliminary meeting with various companies in the Bhavan. 17 companies interested in conducting a survey of lands participated in the discussion. The companies explained to the Chief Secretary about the problems they faced during the digital survey of lands conducted in other states.

Also discussed were the methods used for the survey of lands, technology, survey time, cost, available survey equipment, technicians, required software, hardware, internet capability, etc.
