The Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice to the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court in the black deer hunting case involving Salman Khan. In this notice, instructions have been given to postponing the further hearing on all the three appeals related to Salman Khan. Does controversy continues on Salman khan? Hearing the ‘transfer petition’ filed on behalf of Salman Khan, the Rajasthan High Court has summoned the reply from the people concerned.
Advocate Hastimal Saraswat, on behalf of Salman Khan, had moved the transfer petition before the High Court. On the previous date, Judge Vijay Vishnoi refused to hear the case and referred the case to another bench. As the controversy continues on Salman khan, On Friday, Salman’s petition was listed in the court of Judge Manoj Garg. On behalf of Salman Khan, senior advocates Vikram Chaudhary and Hastimal Saraswat put forward the side. Saraswat told in the transfer petition on behalf of Salman Khan that three appeals are under consideration in the District and Sessions Court Jodhpur District in the case related to Salman Khan’s black deer hunting, which is related to the same case.
An appeal has been filed on behalf of the complainant Poonamchand, against the acquitted Saif Ali Khan and others. While the second appeal has been filed by the state government against the acquittal of Salman Khan in the illegal arms case, the third appeal has been filed by Salman Khan against the five-year sentence in the black deer hunting case.

While an appeal was already filed in the Rajasthan High Court on behalf of the state government against Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Dushyant Singh as Salman was sentenced to five years in the deer hunting case and the rest Blame was released. In such a situation, when the appeal from the government has already been presented in the High Court, then all the appeals related to Salman should be heard in the Rajasthan High Court itself.
Salman’s lawyer Saraswat told the High Court that in the past also two appeals related to Salman Khan were transferred and heard in the Rajasthan High Court, for which the High Court passed the order on 04.11.2011 in Petition No. 23/2011. In such a situation, even those three appeals which are pending before the appellate court should be transferred to the Rajasthan High Court.
Judge Garg has summoned the reply by issuing notice at the preliminary hearing. Additional Advocate General Farzand Ali on behalf of the State Government, while accepting the notice, sought time for a reply, on which the court has given time till April 09. Notices have also been issued to the complainants Poonamchand, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Dushyant Singh. Significantly, the hearing in the Appellate Court on the appeals related to Salman Khan was already pending on 10 March, in which case it has now been postponed due to the passage of the order by the High Court.
