Not to mention the popular online video-sharing platform YouTube. Smartphone users spend a lot of time on YouTube. YouTube also adds new features from time to time to suit their taste. As part of this, it has now brought a new feature for Android users. The latest addition to YouTube is 4K quality video support. If the YouTube video you are watching is available in 4K resolution, you can watch that video in 4K resolution from now on. However, it is known that content can only be viewed with a 720p, 1080p pixel resolution. However, will 4K video playback support also be available on low-resolution devices? Or is it limited to Full HD / Full HD + devices only? YouTube has not officially clarified the matter. However, according to its report, this feature seems to be available on all devices.
Content can now be viewed in 4K resolution when it becomes available. So that one can get a very wonderful feeling. Plus, you’ll be getting access to 4K content regardless of your device’s display resolution. However, if you have a smartphone with an FHD + or QHD display, you can see the content more clearly. This new feature allows users to opt for 4K video playback even if their devices do not have a 4K display. Clarity content can be enjoyed even on devices with low display resolution through this 4K video option.
Set it like this on your phone. There is no need to do any special settings for this. When watching YouTube videos on your phone, click on the three dots above. You know that the content you are looking at is in no resolution. Here you can get 720p, 1080p, 2160p starting from 144p. Select 2160p or 4K resolution among them. And of course, you can now enjoy 4K resolution content on your Android phone as well. However, YouTube is not clear when this new feature will be available.
